ANBO went to KAWAGUCHI-Lake

Lake Kawaguchi (河口湖 Kawaguchi-ko) is a lake near Mt.Fuji, Japan. Located in Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi Prefecture, it is the most popular of the FUJI FIVE LAKES (Kawaguchi-ko, Yamanaka-ko, Sai-ko, Motosu-ko, Shoji-ko) in terms of tourists, and is part of the "Fuji Hakone Izu National Park". The name Fuji Five Lakes (富士五湖, Fujigo-ko) comes from the fact that there are five lakes formed by previous eruptions of Mt. Fuji. Kawaguchi-ko is situated at an altitude of approximately 800 meters, which accounts for its relatively cool summers and frequently icy winters. (Source: wikipedia)

Mount. Fuji (富士山, Fuji-san) is the highest mountain in Japan at 3,776.24 m (12,389 ft). In Indonesia, the highest mountain is Jayawijaya (4,750 m). The last erupted of Mt. Fuji in 1707-08. It lies about 60 miles south-west of Tokyo, and can be seen from there on a clear day. Mt. Fuji's exceptionally symmetrical cone is a well-known symbol of Japan and it is frequently depicted in art and photographs, as well as visited by sightseers and climbers.
